What is the relationship between Fnac Darty, CEVA Logistics and Weavenn?

Weavenn was created in 2024, and is equally owned (50% each) by two major shareholders, Fnac Darty and CEVA. It benefits from the expertise and know-how of its two founding groups for its development and activities, while retaining its independence and its own strategy.

What modules are included in Weavenn’s e-commerce logistics service?

The e-commerce logistics service comprises two modules: fulfillment and sales support.

The fulfillment module takes full responsibility for the storage, pick pack and delivery of B2C orders on behalf of marketplace sellers.

The sales support module, on the other hand, handles end-customer queries and complaints regarding their orders, to ensure a quality customer experience.

By delegating part of their activity to Weavenn, sellers can concentrate on developing and growing their business.

Where can I deliver to? What type of delivery do you offer? Which partner delivers to end customers?

Weavenn currently offers D+2 delivery in mainland France (including Corsica), thanks to our partner Colis Privé.

Our company is constantly evolving, and we are working to expand our service offering in terms of territory covered and types of delivery possible, in order to best meet our customers’ needs.

What types of products can Weavenn handle?

We currently handle orders from the Fnac and Darty marketplaces.

Eligible products are those weighing less than 20 kilograms and measuring between 20 centimetres and 200 centimetres in width + length + height.

However, some products cannot be supported for safety reasons. If you have any questions on this subject, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Our aim is to extend the range of eligible products over the coming months, so that you can benefit from our services over a wider area.
